Eclipse CPR Training LLC SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (2024)

1. Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your mobile number and opting into our SMS messaging service, you consent to receive informational texts such as appointment reminders, textbook reminders and directions.

2. Message Frequency: You may receive 2-3 periodic SMS messages with updates and important information related to our CPR training programs. You may receive up to two messages including an appointment and textbook reminder.

3. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Eclipse CPR Training LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

4. Opting Out: To opt out of our SMS messaging service, text "STOP" to the provided phone number. You will receive a confirmation SMS, and thereafter, you will no longer receive messages from us.

5. Opting Back In: If you wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you can opt back in by signing up as you did initially or by texting "START" or "JOIN" to the designated phone number.
